The average training time is 60 minutes, so we can consider it as a longer exercise program. Matches last until three won games, and in one game a player can score 11 points. If the score reaches 10-all, the game continues until one player leads by 2 points. The court is a 9.75 m long, 6.4 m wide and 4.57 m high facility without ceiling. The racket is made of a carbon fiber material and has a slightly oval shape. The small rubber ball becomes suitable for playing after a couple of minutes of warm-up. Depending on the level of difficulty, various types of balls can be chosen for playing. Squash is a sport in which almost all physiological and health benefits of sports can be experienced at once. Playing squash regularly, about 2 or 3 times per week can stimulate metabolic processes of the body, resulting in better general well-being and quicker regeneration. The accelerated metabolism of fat and carbohydrate, because of training, is also effective in body weight control, which can help prevent obesity. Playing squash is one of the most energy-intensive sports. Depending on body type, one hour of playing can help to burn around 600 to 1000 kcal.
