The average training time is 60 minutes, so we can consider it as a longer exercise program. Matches last until three won games, and in one game a player can score 11 points. If the score reaches 10-all, the game continues until one player leads by 2 points. The court is a 9.75 m long, 6.4 m wide and 4.57 m high facility without ceiling.
